the publishing conference was held in this courtyardy building

se llamaba encuentro lee

more than learning about the pub industry, it was about getting access into this building for me!

i sat down in the “writing to live” workshop

and she hair was perfect

which had people sharing personal traumas like

teacher had us do an inner child healing exercise,

i admit i felt nervous speaking my spanish into the microphone!

during the talk she told us

• she started 21st century literature

• she wrote the first book in spanglish
